John Thomas | Founder
A Solution Architect and Business Analyst, his true passion lies in bringing business processes and technology to a common framework. A postgraduate in Applied Instrumentation & Electronics from Pune University, he bootstrapped Nestwell Technologies 13 years ago. Since then he has enabled tech projects across domains like Travel and Tourism, E commerce, Schools, Hospitals, Events & Promotions, Railways, Transport, Logistics & IMPEX services. He has also bootstrapped 3 start-ups over the decade and worked with couple of start-ups as an external CTO. With a vast experience in diverse business scenarios, he brings an uncanny sense of business visibility and viability to all his endeavours. His core motto remains "Anything that can be automated will be automated".

Selina Vaz
Head Programmer
Selina is the Lead Technologist. She has 11 years of core development experience at NestWell Technologies, overseeing, creating and managing multiple projects. She has gone from only coding, to creating process flows, evaluating new technologies & ... managing teams. She handles projects as diverse as HRMS systems, E-Bike Rental Platform ,School ERP systems, GPS Tracking & Control systems, Inventory & Accounting systems etc. She is also passionate about integrating hardware devices such as Biometric Device, RFID readers, GPS devices, Bluetooth Devices, PLCs, etc. Selina holds a bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Mumbai University. more
Snobbin Jacob
HR, Product & Operations Manager
Snobbin is an HR product and operations manager. He oversees product development and global customer support and services plus being the resident "HR". He has 4 years of experience in designing, developing and handling RollCall Cloud ... platform, Structuring HR policies for Nestwell Technologies, building and leading support and service operations. Snobbin holds a bachelors of Zoology and Biochemistry from St Xavier's College and a Masters in Human Resource Management from MET. more

Senior Programmer
